Refunds and Returns

We have a 30-day return and refund policy. We are unable to provide you with a complete refund or exchange if 30 days have gone by since your purchase.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it needs to be in its original packing.

Orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed since they go into production. This is due to the fact that each item is meticulously and individually created.

Postage Fees: Unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly, customers are responsible for paying the postage fees related to exchanges.

Late or missing refunds

After receiving and reviewing your return, we will let you know whether or not the refund was authorized. Within five business days of approval, you will get an automated refund using the original payment method. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may take some time for your bank or credit card company. If your return was approved more than 15 business days ago, please email us at tarnnumzia@gmail.com.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Damages & Issues

We recognize that shipping accidents might happen and are available to assist. If there are any flaws or damage when your order arrives:

Within three days of delivery, get in touch with Clutches by Ameera.
Provide crisp images of the box and the flaw.
We will provide you with a replacement or solution as soon as possible.
Please be aware that screen resolution, lighting, and photography may cause colors to seem somewhat different. These variances are not considered defects, and if a return is attempted, the buyer will be responsible for paying for postage.

You accept these terms by placing an order with Clutches by Ameera. Before making a purchase, please carefully study them.

If the present-giver had the product shipped to themselves so they could give it to you, or if the item wasn’t identified as a gift when it was bought

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
